What happens now

You’re in safe hands. We’ll keep you updated throughout, so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.

Stage 1

We get the survey booked in

  • We’ll email shortly to confirm we’ve received your instruction.
  • We get to work straight away on our desktop research, ensuring that our Surveyor is fully prepared by the time the inspection happens.
  • We’ll then contact the estate agent (or the seller if the sale is off‑market) to arrange access.
  • As soon as a date is agreed, we’ll email you to let you know it's booked in.

Stage 2

Inspection complete, report in progress

  • Once the inspection has taken place, we’ll email to let you know it's taken place successfully.
  • We’ll then prepare your report. In most cases, it’s ready and sent to you by email within 5 working days.

Stage 3

We’ll talk it through with you

  • When we send your report, we’ll also offer a call with your surveyor to go through any questions (at no extra charge).
  • To make that call as useful as possible, we recommend reading the report first and noting anything you’d like to discuss.
