Nicky is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer who specialises in leasehold reform and RICS Red Book valuations. She joined from the valuation department of a West End firm and is also an APC Assessor, helping others qualify as Chartered Surveyors. Outside work she enjoys time with friends and family and bike rides around London.

Stephen is a vastly experienced Chartered Surveyor who audits our survey reports to help ensure the high standard we demand. He is a Board member and past President of Propertymark, a council member of the RPSA, and an APC assessor. Outside work he enjoys reading, long walks, eclectic music and good company.

A strong problem-solver with excellent strategic insight, she still line-manages our Senior Surveyor Support. Outside work she loves days out, trips away and dining out.

Are Websters' surveyors RICS qualified?
Yes. Websters Surveyors is regulated by RICS, and our work is carried out by RICS Chartered Surveyors, Associate members and RICS Registered Valuers. Our valuations are prepared to the RICS Red Book standard.
Who will carry out my survey or valuation?
A named, qualified RICS surveyor or Registered Valuer with relevant local and technical experience will handle your instruction — never an anonymous call centre. You'll always know exactly who is advising you.
How big is the Websters team?
We're a large team of more than 20 specialists, spanning home surveys, valuation, leasehold reform, party wall, EPCs and dedicated surveyor support.
Where is the Websters team based?
Our surveyors and support team cover London and the surrounding counties, including Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey and Buckinghamshire.
