DIRECTOR
RICHARD STACEY MRICS
Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer. He has specialised in residential property for over 20 years, with previous roles and responsibilities including time with the Thamesview group, Brendons and Buntings Surveyors and as a former Director of The Chambers Property Group.
Richard has undertaken large volumes of valuation and survey work including complex Leasehold Reform (extensions and enfranchisement) and a range of other valuations including for matrimonial, taxation and shared ownership purposes. This includes negotiating settlements and preparing expert reports for Tribunal and Court purposes.
Outside of work, Richard tries to keep fit and healthy and enjoys quality family time.

DIRECTOR
DAN KNOWLES MRICS
Dan has been a Chartered Surveyor for over ten years and founded Websters Surveyors. He has been involved with over a thousand Valuation reports ranging from small flats to multi interest freeholds and from small retail units to massive industrial sheds. Dan is an RICS Registered Valuer and sits on an RICS Expert panel on Valuation matters. One of Dan’s proudest achievements is setting up our charitable arm which has already made donations totalling close to £35,000.
Outside of work, Dan is a family man with a wife and two young sons. His hobbies include playing football, theatre and any walks that end up in a country pub for lunch.

Director
Edward Ellis AssocRICS, Director
Edward is an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer. He has specialised in residential property for over 11 years, with previous roles and responsibilities including time with Lloyds Banking Group, The Stirling Ackroyd Group and Chestertons.
Edward has undertaken large volumes of valuation and survey work including matrimonial, taxation and secured lending and a range of other valuations including for complex Leasehold Reform (extensions and enfranchisement) and shared ownership purposes. This includes negotiating settlements and preparing expert reports for Tribunal and Court purposes.
Outside of work, Edward enjoys quality family time and watching Manchester United.

Consultant
MARK HEANE MRICS
Mark is a Consultant for Websters Surveyors and brings with him a wealth of experience with over 30 years of post qualification experience. His primary role is in provision of the full range of RICS Surveys, including Condition reports, HomeBuyers Surveys (with or without Valuations) and Building Surveys. He also provides snagging reports on newbuild properties and is our go-to-guy on all complicated matters of building pathology.
Outside of work, he can most likely be found somewhere on his boat.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Elina Kaoula MRICS
Elina is a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer. She joined our team in 2021, being in the Real Estate Industry for about 16 years and having a wide experience in Valuations for a variety of residential and commercial properties. She has valuable experience in Red Book Valuations and in Leasehold Reform Valuations, which ranges from lease extensions of single flats to collective enfranchisement of blocks of flats with 200+ units.
Outside of work, Elina likes spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, skiing and playing tennis.

SENIOR SURVEYOR
Nicky Welton MRICS
Nicky is a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer. She joined us having previously worked in the Valuation department of a West End Firm, where she predominantly undertook leasehold reform valuations. She has a specialism in both leasehold reform matters and also RICS Red Book Valuations.
Outside of work, Nicky enjoys spending time with her friends and family and keeping fit with bike rides around London.

JOINT OFFICE MANAGER
JESSICA MOSS
Jessica is the beating heart of Websters Surveyors, keeping the administration ticking along efficiently, helping to ensure we maintain our high standards. She joined us in 2017 and has over 10 years experience in administration. She is often the first point of contact at Websters.
Outside of work, Jessica is a qualified Nail technician, providing home visits in the Hertfordshire area. Her hobbies include spending time with her friends & family and binging on Netflix boxsets.

Surveyor
RAFAL WALCZAK AssocRICS
Rafal graduated from University in 2015 with a Civil Engineering degree and decided the property industry is where his interests lie. He has since worked for two of the UK’s biggest estate agency groups and in 2018 he embarked on a journey to become a Chartered Surveyor. He has undertaken valuations for an array of properties for Lease Extension, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Matrimonial purposes.
Outside of work Rafal likes to keep fit at the gym, enjoys long walks in the scenic countryside and never says no to his favourite cuisine, Indian.

Office Administrator
Monique Bridgeman
Monique joined us in 2021, after working as an administrator for the previous 6 years in property management and hospitality.
During this time, she had the chance to work abroad for a luxury all-inclusive resort, where her interest in the property industry first developed. Utilising her administrative skills, she helps to maintain the high-quality service that Websters Surveyors provides.
Outside of work, she enjoys visiting the cinema, travelling, swimming, and spending time with her friends and family. She also has a newfound love for taking long scenic walks.

MAX SHUTKEVER BA (hons) AssocRICS
Max is an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has spent most of his career to date valuing a range of residential properties, for an array of purposes. For example, he has provided statutory valuations to aid tax assessments and Compulsory Purchase. Following in his father’s footsteps as a Surveyor, Max eats sleeps and breathes property, providing a high quality service to our clients.
Outside of work, Max enjoys cooking, spending time with his friends and family and taking his cherished Labrador, Woody, on long walks.

TRAINEE SURVEYOR
CHARLIE FARLEY
Charlie joined us in 2019 straight out of University having achieved a credible 2:1 in Geography. In September 2019, he began his Masters degree in Real Estate, supported by Websters.
He joined us as a team member having previously undertaken some work experience with us. Unusually, the first time we met him, he interviewed our Director Dan Knowles. Charlie’s University dissertation was on the regeneration of the Aylesbury Estate in Southwark and he interviewed Dan for it.

STUART BOUGHEY AssocRICS
Stuart is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Stuart has a passion for the built environment and benefits from a wide array of experience. Over his career, he has provided large numbers of Home Surveys and residential valuation reports for an array of purposes such as Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Inheritance tax to name but a few.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys socialising with his friends and family, whether that’s a trip to the theatre, dinner our or a spontaneous road trip.

Consultant
Jonathan Weisrose AssocRICS
Jonathan has joined the team in 2021, bringing over a decade of experience working in property, since receiving his BSc (HONS) in Building Surveying. Jonathan qualified as an RICS surveyor in 2014 and has carried out in excess of 2,000 surveys, whilst working for one of the UK’s largest residential valuation firms, but his experience extends to block management (residential and commercial) as well as estate agency.
A family man, Jonathan spends most of his spare time with his kids in the park, whilst trying to squeeze in his many DIY projects.

Consultant
Anthony Mckenzie MRICS
Anthony is a Consultant for Websters Surveyors and brings with him a wealth of experience with over 30 years post qualification as a Building Surveyor and Chartered Surveyor. He is also an RICS Registered Valuer. Anthony provides the full range of the RICS suite of Surveys (Levels 1-3). Primarily covering South East London, Anthony has carried out thousands of Homebuyer reports and Building Surveys over this career.
Outside of work Anthony engages in mentoring youths and enjoys travelling. He is an active supporter of Crystal Palace football club.

Surveyor Support
Natalie Sharp
Natalie is our Surveyor Support. She’s often the first person many of our clients have a detailed conversation with as she provides many of our quotes. Her personable nature in asking the right questions so we can tailor our quotes and service to our client needs is backed up by the technical skills she has learnt both with us and on the Sava course which she is undertaking, on the road to becoming an RICS qualified Surveyor. With a particular interest in Home Surveys, Natalie also participates in our report production and review process, supporting colleagues.
Outside of work, Natalie loves spending time with her family and friends on days out and trips away. Shopping, sports (watching not playing!) and dining out are also some of her favourite things to do.
