Joss is an RICS-qualified Surveyor, Registered Valuer and Associate member of the RICS, and a Director of the firm. His main expertise is building pathology, with a focus on Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys. Outside work he's a family man who enjoys football and golf.

Stuart is one of our Chartered Surveyors, with a passion for the built environment and an eye for detail. Over his career he has produced large numbers of home surveys and residential valuations for purposes such as Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Inheritance Tax. Outside work he enjoys the theatre, dining out and spontaneous road trips.

Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer — an experienced, safe pair of hands carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys and residential valuations. Having surveyed thousands of properties over many years, there's very little he hasn't seen. Outside work he enjoys family time, travel, running and football.

Danny is a Senior Surveyor focused on home surveys. He has worked in property his whole career, having grown up in a family of builders and tradesmen before entering the profession. Outside work he's an avid golfer and keen runner.

Max is an RICS-qualified Surveyor and Registered Valuer providing Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys and valuations. He puts clients front and centre and is always happy to talk through his findings. His background includes identifying and resolving housing defects for a social landlord. Outside work he's a devoted dad and vinyl enthusiast.

Reina is a Surveyor focused on Level 2 surveys, with ten years' experience in the property industry before joining us. Outside work she's a mum of three and a keen gardener who loves to travel and cook.

Jonny is a Consultant who joined in 2021 with over a decade in property. He qualified as an RICS surveyor in 2014 and has carried out in excess of 2,000 surveys, with further experience across block management and estate agency. A family man, he spends spare time with his kids and on DIY projects.

Stephen is a vastly experienced Chartered Surveyor who audits our survey reports to help ensure the high standard we demand. He is a Board member and past President of Propertymark, a council member of the RPSA, and an APC assessor. Outside work he enjoys reading, long walks, eclectic music and good company.

Jessica is the beating heart of the office, keeping administration running efficiently since 2017 and bringing over 14 years' experience. She is often the first point of contact at Websters. Outside work she loves time with her little boy, cruises and Netflix boxsets.

Monique joined in 2021 after several years in property management and hospitality, including working abroad at a luxury resort. She helps maintain the high-quality service Websters is known for. Outside work she enjoys cinema, travel, swimming and scenic walks.

Natyshia is a Senior Surveyor Support who joined in 2024 and handles the majority of our quotes — often the first person clients speak with at length. She also supports the home survey team with desktop research and file set-ups. Outside work she's a foodie, gamer and animal lover.

Genevieve is a member of our Surveyor Support team and is often the first person clients speak with at length, dealing with many of our quotes and supporting the home survey team. Outside work she's competitive at games and a big live-music fan.

Stacey is in our Surveyor Support team, often the first person clients speak with when dealing with their quote, and also assists surveyors with file set-ups and research. Charismatic and friendly, she loves musical theatre, movies and time with family.
