About Websters Surveyors

We help people make property decisions with confidence.

RICS Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers serving London and the surrounding areas since 2013. This is what we believe, how we work, and what we do.

1 Why we exist

A home is never just a number.

We believe a property is never simply bricks, a figure on a valuation, or a clause in a lease. It is where life is lived — and the decisions you make about it carry real weight.

That belief is the reason Websters exists. Whether someone is buying their first flat, settling an estate, extending a lease or facing a dispute with a neighbour, the moment matters to them. It deserves to be handled with care, honesty and genuine expertise — not jargon, not guesswork, and never indifference.

That belief grew out of hard-won personal experience, and it shaped a simple conviction that still runs through everything we do: people deserve clear, trustworthy advice when the stakes are high, delivered by experts who actually listen.

If we get the advice right, our clients make better decisions — and the rest of the business takes care of itself.
2 How we work

Clarity first. Always.

We turn complex property matters into clear, confident decisions by doing four things consistently well.

01

We listen before we advise

Every instruction starts with understanding what you actually need — not what's easiest to sell. The right advice depends on getting that right first.

02

We explain it in plain English

RICS-compliant doesn't have to mean impenetrable. We set out our findings clearly, so you understand your options and the reasoning behind them.

03

We deliver reports you can trust

Thorough, well-evidenced and beautifully presented — built to stand up to solicitors, HMRC and the courts where it counts.

04

We stay ahead of the rules

Legislation and valuation practice keep moving. We keep pace, so the advice you receive is current, compliant and genuinely in your interest.

A word from our founder

"I started Websters to be the kind of firm I'd want advising my own family — expert, straight-talking and genuinely on your side. More than a decade on, that's still the only test that matters to me."
