We take our compliance with standards set down by our regulatory body, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors very seriously. These regulations are primarily aimed at protecting you, the consumer. What goes in our Terms of Engagement, the quality of service we have to provide, minimum reporting standards and professional ethics are all set down by the RICS.
We go further still in some areas, ensuring that the service we offer is professional, transparent, reliable and efficient.

We offer very fast turnaround times for Valuation reports and Surveys.
Typically, we provide nearly all reports within a week. Often we provide them within 3-4 days.
Our process for most reports is simple. You can pay online via an e-mail link we send you. We are instantly notified that you’ve paid and then make an appointment to inspect the property, often within a day or two. Once we’ve inspected the property, we’ll normally be able to complete and provide our RICS Market Valuation report or Home Survey within the following day or two.
Where this isn’t possible, such as if the occupiers cannot provide access because they’re on holiday, we will of course keep you informed at all stages.
