We take our compliance with standards set down by our regulatory body, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors very seriously. These regulations are primarily aimed at protecting you, the consumer. What goes in our Terms of Engagement, the quality of service we have to provide, minimum reporting standards and professional ethics are all set down by the RICS.
We go further still in some areas, ensuring that the service we offer is professional, transparent, reliable and efficient.
Our reports, where appropriate comply with the RICS Red Book which is the gold standard of valuation reporting.
