As our duty of care under RICS requirements (RICS Red Book – Valuation Standards) is to the legal process, we act with complete independence. Who is paying us or instructing us is not important to our Market Valuation report. We are required to act completely impartially.
Our Market Valuation reports are provided by our most experienced Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers.
