Websters Surveyors operate with a young, dynamic and energy filled team. The focus is certainly quality over quantity which is replicated withing the team itself. Although we’re a relatively small team, each member has been carefully selected to optimise what Websters as a Surveying practice can offer to its client base.
The team is very close-knit and can often be found in the local Pub after work hours socialising. With a small team there is a focus on socialising and promoting interaction between the staff. There have already been two mini golf tournaments which have both been won by the same team member and there are plans for further sporting events in the future.
By operating a close team we can ensure that there is constant communication between all staff members so if your point of contact happens to be on Annual Leave you can rest assure that they have filled everyone in so that someone else can handle your case in their absence.

Websters Surveyors are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered of Surveyors. The firm has 5 professionally qualified surveyors and two graduates going through the RICS training programme.
In order to comply with RICS regulation we keep up to date with new law and professional practice that is changing the shape of our industry daily. We are all keen to stay up to date with new reforms and attend regular CPD and RICS events to ensure we are at the forefront of the industry. Some of our team even present at these events, training Surveyors & Valuers from other companies.
As we are a regulated firm we can guarantee that we are always working in your best interest, we offer transparent and impartial expertise and always maintain a high level of professionalism.
The RICS have strict rules and guidelines for any regulated members. We’re happy to abide by and often exceed these rules as it gives confidence to our clients.

Market Value is defined in the ‘RICS Red Book’ as follows:
“the estimated amount for which a property should exchange on the date of valuation between a willing buyer and a willing seller in an arm’s length transaction after proper marketing wherein the parties had each acted knowledgeably, prudently and without compulsion. "The Market Value shall be documented in a transparent and clear manner”
A Market Valuation is therefore based on the above principle. A Market Valuation is an RICS Surveyors interpretation of the behaviour and attitude of buyers and sellers that are in the market. It is therefore imperative that surveyors keep up to date with trends and market data.
At Websters Surveyors all of our qualified Surveyors are also RICS Registered Valuers. This means they have demonstrated professional competence in undertaking Red Book compliant Valuation reports to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
