DIRECTOR
Richard Stacey MRICS
Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer. He has specialised in residential property for over 25 years, with previous roles and responsibilities including time with the Thamesview group, Brendons and Buntings Surveyors and as a former Director of The Chambers Property Group.
Richard has undertaken large volumes of valuation and survey work including complex Leasehold Reform (extensions and enfranchisement) and a range of other valuations including for matrimonial, taxation and shared ownership purposes. This includes negotiating settlements and preparing expert reports for Tribunal and Court purposes. His leasehold reform cases have gone right up to the Court of Appeal and successfully so. Richard is know as one of the leading authorities in the Country on leasehold reform matters in particular.
Outside of work, Richard tries to keep fit and healthy and enjoys quality family time.
DIRECTOR
Dan Knowles FRICS
Dan has been a Chartered Surveyor since 2009 and founded Websters Surveyors. He has been involved with over a thousand Valuation reports ranging from small flats to multi interest freeholds and from small retail units to massive industrial sheds.
Dan is an RICS Registered Valuer and sits on an RICS Expert panel on Valuation matters. One of his proudest achievements is setting up our charitable arm which has already made donations totalling close to £40,000.
Dan has also been awarded Fellowship status by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an accolade bestowed on the most experienced and influential Surveyors within their sectors.
Dan has been a guest on a number of Podcasts, has hosted one for the RICS and is due to provide valuation lectures at a University later this year.
Dan is also the driving force behind a lot of our digital content, with a focus on making Valuation reporting accessible and fit for purpose.
Outside of work, much of Dan’s life is devoted to his two young sons so is often found at a local park, farm or skatepark. When he does get time to himself, Dan is a keen photographer, has a love of the West End theatre and is a long suffering Wolves (football) fan.
Director
Edward Ellis AssocRICS
Edward is an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer. He has specialised in residential property for over 15 years, with previous roles and responsibilities including time with Lloyds Banking Group, The Stirling Ackroyd Group and Chestertons.
Edward has undertaken large volumes of valuation and survey work including matrimonial, taxation and secured lending and a range of other valuations including for complex Leasehold Reform (extensions and enfranchisement) and shared ownership purposes. This includes negotiating settlements and preparing expert reports for Tribunal and Court purposes.
Outside of work, Edward enjoys quality family time and watching Manchester United.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Nicky Welton MRICS
Nicky is a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer. She joined us having previously worked in the Valuation department of a West End Firm, where she predominantly undertook leasehold reform valuations. She has a specialism in both leasehold reform matters and also RICS Red Book Valuations. She is also an APC Assessor, which is for the qualification for those seeking to become a Chartered Surveyor.
Outside of work, Nicky enjoys spending time with her friends and family and keeping fit with bike rides around London.
Associate Director
Joss Dunham AssocRICS
Joss is one of our RICS Qualified Surveyors, a Registered Valuer and Associate Member of the RICS. He has a passion for the built environment and an eye for detail. He benefits from a wide array of experience. As an Associate Director in the company, he helps lead our team in high quality delivery of Survey reports. Over his career, he has provided large numbers of Home Surveys and residential valuation reports for purposes such as Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Inheritance tax.
Outside of work, Joss is a family man with young children and enjoys both watching and playing football and golf.
JOINT OFFICE MANAGER
Jessica Pelling
Jessica is the beating heart of Websters Surveyors, keeping the administration ticking along efficiently, helping to ensure we maintain our high standards. She joined us in 2017 and has over 14 years experience in administration. She is often the first point of contact at Websters.
Outside of work, Jessica loves spending time with her little boy and going on cruises as and when she can. Her hobbies include spending time with her friends & family and binging on Netflix boxsets.
Joint Office Manager
Monique Goodman
Monique joined us in 2021, after working as an administrator for the previous 6 years in property management and hospitality.
During this time, she had the chance to work abroad for a luxury all-inclusive resort, where her interest in the property industry first developed. Utilising her administrative skills, she helps to maintain the high-quality service that Websters Surveyors provides.
Outside of work, she enjoys visiting the cinema, travelling, swimming, and spending time with her friends and family. She also has a newfound love for taking long scenic walks.
Principal Surveyor
Max Shutkever BA (hons) MRICS
Max is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He joined us in 2021 and has progressed within the company, so far to the level of Principal Surveyor. He has spent most of his career to date valuing a range of residential properties, for an array of purposes. For example, he has provided statutory valuations to aid tax assessments, leasehold reform matters and Compulsory Purchase. Following in his father’s footsteps as a Surveyor, Max eats sleeps and breathes property, providing a high quality service to our clients.
Outside of work, Max enjoys cooking, spending time with his friends and family and taking his cherished Labrador, Woody, on long walks.
Principal Surveyor
Charlie Farley MRICS
Charlie is a Chartered Surveyor who joined our team in 2019. He joined as a Trainee and progressed up the ranks so far to Principal Surveyor.
He specialises in leasehold reform matters including Lease extensions and Collective enfranchisement. He also undertakes a wide array of other residential valuations including on shared ownership properties and for taxation assessments.
Party Wall Surveyor
Francis Mireku
Francis is a member of the Faculty of Wall Surveyors and a highly experienced Party Wall Surveyor, having worked in the specialism for around the last ten years.
He regularly acts for Building Owners, Adjoining owners and also as the Agreed Surveyor. Francis has a pragmatic attitude towards delivery of good customer service and a keen eye for the technical detail making sure the parties are well represented.
Outside of Party Wall Surveying Francis is passionate about football, particularly in how data analytics can unlock potential and transform coaching sessions. He has an interest in youth football development, exploring ways to help develop technical, tactical and psychological traits that helps players prepare for higher levels of the game.

Stuart Boughey MRICS
Stuart is one of our Chartered Surveyors. He has a passion for the built environment and an eye for detail. He benefits from a wide array of experience. Over his career, he has provided large numbers of Home Surveys and residential valuation reports for purposes such as Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Inheritance tax.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys socialising with his friends and family, whether that’s a trip to the theatre, dinner our or a spontaneous road trip.

Richard Thompson MRICS
Richard Thompson is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He is an experienced safe pair of hands, carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys and residential valuation reports. Having Surveyed thousands of properties over many years, there is very little that Richard hasn’t seen.
Outside of work, Richard likes spending time with his family, travel, running and watching football.
Reina Eldridge AssocRICS
Reina Eldridge is a Surveyor whose focus is on Level 2 Surveys. Prior to joining us, Reina had already worked in the property industry for ten years, bringing a wealth of experience with her.
Outside of work, primarily a mum of three boys but also an avid gardener enjoying growing vegetables. When she has spare time she loves to travel and research different cultures bringing these back home to cook these cuisines for her family.

Jonathan Weisrose AssocRICS
Jonathan has joined the team in 2021, bringing over a decade of experience working in property, since receiving his BSc (HONS) in Building Surveying. Jonathan qualified as an RICS surveyor in 2014 and has carried out in excess of 2,000 surveys, whilst working for one of the UK’s largest residential valuation firms, but his experience extends to block management (residential and commercial) as well as estate agency.
A family man, Jonathan spends most of his spare time with his kids in the park, whilst trying to squeeze in his many DIY projects.
Surveyor
Max Letvenenko AssocRICS
Max Letvenenko is an RICS qualified Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He provides Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys and Valuation reports for our clients. He puts clients front and centre in his efforts to explain his findings and is always happy to talk through anything not immediately understood. He joined us in 2025 having previously worked for himself providing Home Surveys and for a registered social landlord, identifying housing defects and working with contractors to get them resolved. This experience positions him very well to be able to advise on the life cycle of what to do and when, when something in a house goes wrong.
Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his two young children and wife. He’s also an avid music fan, with an eclectic taste borne out partly through his vinyl collection. He hopes that through his love of vinyl, he’ll be able to keep his kids away from digital devices for as long as possible. He also has a love of the outdoors and can often be found on trekking routes.
Senior Surveyor
Danny Lonergan AssocRICS
Danny Lonergan is a Senior Surveyor whose focus is on providing Home Surveys. He’s worked in property for his entire career, having grown up in a family with builders and tradesmen before entering the profession.
Outside of work Danny’s an avid golfer, having been playing since he was young. Beside being on the course, he enjoys keeping fit by running which subsidises his other enjoyment of watching sports and binging boxsets.
GRADUATE SURVEYOR
Alex Ainslie
Alex is a Graduate Surveyor, studying towards his APC which, once complete, will see him become a Chartered Surveyor.
Alex supports the team with desktop research on our Leasehold reform and other valuations. He also shadows senior colleagues out on site, helping ensure we provide as efficient a service as possible.
Outside of work, Alex is a keen rugby player and also helps in running a RFU club. He also enjoys his evenings cooking (we’re still waiting for him to cook for us….).
Project & Operations Manager
Natalie Sharp
Natalie joined us at the very start of 2022, initially in Surveyor Support. She was then promoted to Senior Surveyor Support and again to Project & Operations Manager where she now supports the Directors plans for shaping company growth.
Natalie has proven passionate about delivery of the high quality service we expect from our team. She’s a good problem solver and has an excellent strategic insight into company operations. She still has some involvement with the Surveyor Support team as line manager to our Senior Surveyor Support.
Outside of work, Natalie loves spending time with her family and friends on days out and trips away. Shopping, sports (watching not playing!) and dining out are also some of her favourite things to do.

Natyshia Barned
Natyshia Barned is a Senior Surveyor Support, having joined us at the very start of 2024. She’ll often be the first person that many of our clients speak with at any length as she deals with the majority of our quotes. She also provides support to the Home Survey team, through assisting with desktop research and file set ups.
Outside of work Natyshia is a foodie, a gamer and an animal lover.

Stacey Burgerman
Stacey Burgerman is in our Surveyor Support team, often being the first person that many of our clients speak with at any length when she deals with their quotes. She also assists our Surveyors with some file set ups and desktop research. Charismatic and engaging, we can often hear Stacey before we see her. Her inquisitive and friendly nature helps her gather information to help us meet our clients needs.
Outside of work, Stacey is a lover of musical theatre, movies and is very family orientated.
Team Administrator
Stevie Barter
Stevie Barter is our Team Administrator. She’s often the very first person that clients will speak with. Super organised, she’s arranging appointments with clients, Estate agents and other professionals, issuing terms, taking payments and many other things that get thrown at her in a fast paced environment.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and staying active through yoga. She also has a passion for creativity, which she explores through pottery and reading. Whether it’s shaping clay or getting lost in a good book, she values activities that inspire balance, mindfulness, and connection—qualities she brings into her professional life as well.
Surveyor Support
Genevieve Benjamin-Mannix
Genevieve Benjamin-Mannix is a member of our Surveyor Support team. She’ll often be the first person that many of our clients speak with at any length as she deals with the majority of our quotes. She also provides support to the Home Survey team, through assisting with desktop research and file set ups.
Outside of work Genevieve loves bringing out her competitive side, whether it’s winning games or friendly challenges. She’s also a big fan of good music and being serenaded at concerts.
EPC & Land registry plan specialist
Beth Naylor
Beth is our EPC & lease plan specialist.
Having qualified in 2007 she brings a wealth of experience of energy efficiency to our team and is able to advise on how to gain better ratings for commercial and residential properties.
She works with many clients creating EPCs for their property portfolios and drawing their land registry compliant plans.
Outside of work she values time spent with her family, enjoying long dog walks and theatre trips.
