We are in independent firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in residential surveys and valuations with most of the team being RICS qualified members whilst our Graduate surveyors are on the pathway to becoming Chartered. 

We undertake a range of valuations such as valuations for Capital Gains tax or Inheritance Tax purposes, lease extensions and enfranchisements, for divorce settlements and Help to Buy or Shared Ownership Market Valuations.

We also undertake Level 1 Surveys (Condition reports), Level 2 Surveys (HomeBuyer Surveys) and Level 3 Surveys (Building Surveys).

All of our valuations involve an initial telephone consultation, an inspection and measure up carried out where possible, a detailed review of any leases, gathering of comparable evidence and reporting back.
