We offer the full range of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Home Surveys.

The Level 1 Survey (Home Condition report) - This is the entry level survey type and most commonly used for flats and newbuild properties.

The Level 2 Survey (Homebuyer Report) – This is the most popular form of survey type and is suitable for most property types. It provides a very detailed level of reporting.

The Level 3 Survey (Building Survey, formerly known as a Structural Survey)- This is the most detailed level of survey type. It is most suitable for extended or altered properties or where they are listed buildings.

Statutory tax valuations

We all know that famous saying by Benjamin Franklin ‘nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes’

Here at Websters surveyors we can provide a range of Market Valuation for Tax purposes such as:

• Inheritance tax valuations that are normally required as an aid to Probate Solicitors in gaining Probate

• Capital Gains tax valuations which are required to aid your accountant or financial advisor (sometimes even a solicitor) in calculating the amount of Capital Gains tax payable

• Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings is the annual tax on UK property held by Companies. It is assessed every five years and requires a Market valuation to determine not only the value, but what tax bracket falls into

• Stamp Duty Land Tax valuation in accordance with Section 118 of the Finance Act 2003
