The process starts with a simple phone call to find out your requirements. If you decide you’d like to proceed, we’ll e-mail you a link to pay online and we’ll get on with the rest. Within a matter of days, assuming access can be provided to the property we’re inspecting, you’ll be sent our report.
We typically send reports by e-mail for speed but hard copy reports can be provided as well where required at no extra cost

We understand that we cannot do everything (even though we wish we could), so that is why we often refer clients to trusted Solicitors, Accountants, and Mortgage advisors / brokers just to name a few.
Our team prides itself on being helpful, trustworthy, and transparent, so even when we are not able to help, we’ll be honest about it, and we’ll try to point you in the right direction. If you need a referral, we will aim to put you in touch with someone local, to save you any inconvenience of travelling.

Market Valuation reports are carried out on residential properties for a number of purposes. These types of reports are carried out by members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The methodology of valuation and presentation of the report must comply with the RICS Global Standards including the UK National Supplement
