We can provide an RICS Home Survey for home buyers in London and surrounding areas for anyone considering purchasing a house or a flat.
A Market Valuation addendum can be added if required. This provides both an opinion of Market Value and also a Buildings Insurance reinstatement figure so you know how much to insure the property for from exchange of contracts.
One of our Surveys for your house or flat will provide a comprehensive health check on matters that affect the Market Value. For example, whether there is damage to the timbers, structural damage, existence of damp or condensation, the causes of it and how to rectify it.
