We are quick, efficient and thorough in providing our Valuation and Survey reports.

Our investment in technology and the expertise within our team allows us to provide high quality reports at an affordable price within a few days or a week of instruction in nearly all instances.

The process starts with a simple phone call to find out your requirements. If you decide you’d like to proceed, we’ll e-mail you a link to pay online and we’ll get on with the rest. Within a matter of days, assuming access can be provided to the property we’re inspecting, you’ll be sent our report.

We typically send reports by e-mail for speed but hard copy reports can be provided as well where required at no extra cost.

Websters Surveyors uses technology far more than most firms of Surveyors in order to improve the service that we can provide. We have access to our case management system from anywhere in the world so can reply to enquiries efficiently.

When carrying out our inspections these are all mostly done on an iPad. Even the floorplan is drawn out on an iPad and immediately uploaded. This allows for nothing to be forgotten while travelling back to the office and all notes, photos and videos can be immediately uploaded.

We pride ourselves on providing a range of RICS compliant Red Book Valuations.

The RICS Red Book is a combination of two documents –

1)         The RICS Valuation – Global Standards

2)         The UK specific complimentary edition which is known as the RICS Valuation – Professional Statements. This document ensures compliance with UK specific regulations and practice

So why should you be bothered?

Well, put simply compliance with the Red Book ensures the gold standard of reporting. It provides for detailed minimum standards (which we try to exceed) giving our clients the reassurance that their report is not only to a good degree of detail but also meets any regulatory requirements, such as those laid down by HMRC for Statutory Valuations such as for Capital Gains Tax or Inheritance Tax assessments
