Our 2 Directors Dan Knowles and Richard Stacey both bring 15+ years of knowledge and experience of the property industry. Dan’s speciality is within Statutory Valuation such as Compulsory Purchase, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance tax, whilst Richard’s is in Leasehold Enfranchisement. However, they both have a vast amount of experience across all property matters.
The rest of the team is made up of a further qualified Chartered and AssocRICS Surveyors, Graduate Surveyors and an Office Manager. The focus of the company is to grow and nurture our staff. We have already successfully put a number of Surveyors through their assessments to become Chartered or AssocRICS and continue to do so.

Market Valuation reports will include an inspection of the property detailing the size, location and condition, thorough research into the local market and will state the Surveyor’s professional opinion on the Market Value on a specified date.
These reports are undertaken where a single value is needed, usually to be used in further calculations, such as tax purposes or matrimonial disputes.
