Websters Surveyors is an independent practice that specialise in Market Valuation reports and Home surveys in the residential sector. Our team of surveyors are able to assist in many types of valuations including for lease extensions, valuations for tax purposes and even matrimonial disputes.
We also undertake a range of home surveys which include Level 1 Surveys (Condition reports), Level 2 Surveys (HomeBuyer Surveys) and full Level 3 Surveys (Building Surveys).

The team at Websters Surveyors are passionate about providing the best customer service. From the initial telephone conversation, we will guide and advise you on the type of Survey or Valuation you may need if you are unsure.
If you decide to instruct us, we will normally arrange a suitable time for one of our surveyors to inspect the property. This process usually involves measuring the property and taking photographic evidence along with detailed notes. Prior to our inspection, we will usually go through any pertinent documents such as any leases, deeds of variation, title registers and title plans.
Back at the office, our surveyors will normally gather comparable evidence and analyse the market to arrive at a value. We will then report our findings to you in a thorough report, and where appropriate give you any associated professional advice.

The property buying process in the UK is not particularly designed to allow a buyer to inspect the property thoroughly enough before having to decide if they want to proceed.
