The RICS is a world leading organisation in land, property and construction. It has recognised professional across 150 different Countries. The RICS regulates both its members and companies if enrolled into the system.
At Websters Surveyors we have 5 qualified RICS members as well as being part of an RICS regulated firm. Employing a regulated firm gives you confidence and peace of mind. We have professionalism in all of our work and provide clear and impartial expert advice.
Client care is both one of our key fundamentals and also that of the RICS, we are regularly keeping up to date with new information and changes in law to always provide an up to date service. An RICS regulated firm also has to have a complaints handling procedure and Professional Indemnity.
All of our qualified Surveyors are also RICS Registered Valuers, a designation achieved by providing to our regulatory body that they have undertaken sufficient Red Book Valuations and proven competence in doing so
local knowledge
Most of our West London Valuations are undertaken by our Director Richard Stacey who prior to joining us in 2019, spent about 20 years working for West London firms. He’s provided hundreds of property valuations in areas like Hanwell, Ealing, Acton, Northolt, Uxbridge and elsewhere across West London.
Having a local knowledge can help a Surveyor. It means we know the areas we are valuing in, helping improve accuracy in reporting.
Two other members of our team have also carried out hundreds of valuations and Surveys across West London.
