When you first call the office, we’ll put you through to a specialist in the service you’re enquiring about who will take you through your options and will listen to what you want to achieve. Our quotation will be put in writing and if you decide to proceed, we’ll e-mail you an online link to instruct us.
In most cases, within a few days of being instructed, we’ll have inspected the property and will be preparing our report to be sent out very quickly.

The process starts with a simple phone call to find out your requirements. If you decide you’d like to proceed, we’ll e-mail you a link to pay online and we’ll get on with the rest. Within a matter of days, assuming access can be provided to the property we’re inspecting, you’ll be sent our report.
We typically send reports by e-mail for speed but hard copy reports can be provided as well where required at no extra cost
