A Home Survey entails the three main types of surveys carried out by Chartered Surveyors which are the Level 1 Survey (Condition report), Level 2 Survey (HomeBuyer Survey) and Level 3 Survey (Level 3 Survey (Building Survey)). The Surveyor would carry out a detailed inspection of the property and note down its condition and any defects. Depending on the survey type, the level of detail is the provided in the report.
The majority of our Surveys are carried out by a Chartered Surveyor with close to 30 years of industry experience who has carried out thousands of surveys.
