Court compliant valuation reports can be relied on by Judges, Magistrates and court proceedings. Where they aid settlements, they are relied on by the parties involved.
As our duty of care under RICS requirements (RICS Red Book – Valuation Standards) is to the legal process, we act with complete independence. Who is paying us or instructing us is not important to our Market Valuation report. We are required to act completely impartially.
Our Market Valuation reports are provided by our most experienced Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers.
Reports can be provided for a number of different reasons such as for Matrimonial asset division, property disputes, professional negligence claims and litigation such as for property theft and abuse of trust cases.
