Property Surveys are usually undertaken for people buying a home, so that they have peace of mind that the considerable amount of money they are spending is a safe investment. Home surveys are not limited to property purchases but can also stretch to homeowners looking to solve a particular defect.
At Websters Surveyors, our building specialist has close to 30 years of industry experience and has carried out thousands of surveys for home buyers and homeowners. We offer a range of Surveys including Home Level 1 Survey (Condition report)s, Level 2 Survey (HomeBuyer Survey)s and also carry out full Level 3 Survey (Level 3 Survey (Building Survey))s.

We’ll always give you an honest opinion on what we believe is suitable for your requirements so you can make an informed decision.
court reports
Whilst many property disputes can be settled through some form of negotiation or mediation, a handful of cases will undoubtedly end up in court. More often than not, the court will require both sides to prepare a compliant report outlining their case, usually done by a Chartered Surveyor acting as an Expert rather than Advocate.
The most common court reports are for lease extension or enfranchisement cases (when necessary) and matrimonial disputes.
At Websters Surveyors, our team of Chartered Surveyors have experience in representing clients at court and undertaking court compliant reports. In situations where a court report may be needed, our Chartered Surveyors will undertake a cost benefit analysis with you, to determine whether going to court is economically viable.
We can also provide Market Valuation reports that are compliant with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.

All of our qualified Surveyors are also RICS Registered Valuers, a designation achieved by providing to our regulatory body that they have undertaken sufficient Red Book Valuations and proven competence in doing so.
