Red Book Valuations are those that meet the standards set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). It is recognised globally as the gold standard in valuation.

The Red Book covers a range of different Valuation types, each of which has different reporting requirements and, in some circumstances, different ways to Value. Which is why it is vital that the correct guidance is followed to ensure that the report provided is of high quality and compliant with client’s needs. 

All of our qualified Surveyors are RICS Registered Valuers which is a designation awarded to them by the RICS to recognise professional expertise in property valuation contained within the Red Book.
