Meet our new Director
We are thrilled to announce that Richard Stacey MRICS has joined our team at Director level.
Richard previously held the position of Director at Brendons and Buntings Surveyors working in Leasehold reform, Compulsory Purchase and general practice Surveying. He brings with him a wealth of experience from over 20 years in the Industry and will play a significant role in our next big announcement.
We have also recruited two other team members, Charley Farley and Rafal Walczak and will be growing further very shortly. Watch this space. It’s an exciting time for us. Brexit slowdown! What Brexit slowdown! We’re bucking the trend and growing.
Introducing Websters Surveyors
Complimenting Sawyer Fielding which will be ringfenced purely to work on Compulsory Purchase matters, is Websters Surveyors. At Websters, we’ll provide high quality valuation and negotiation advice on a number of Red Book and non-Red Book matters. This will include lease extensions, enfranchisement, valuations for tax purposes, matrimonial, shared ownership and a variety of Surveys including snagging lists, defect reports, HomeBuyers and Building Surveys.
We are immensely proud of the high-quality reports and guidance sheets that we provide at Sawyer Fielding and will do the same at Websters Surveyors. High quality, plain English reports and reasonably priced.
Two new all singing all dancing websites
We are also delighted to announce the launch of our new websites, which coincides with our expanding service as a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors.

We have worked closely with our designers to create websites that reflect what we do and enables customers to find the information they need.
Our new websites are fully responsive on mobile devices, allowing for easier navigation of all web browsers and portable devices.
Going forward, we will continue to communicate regularly on the latest news as well as upcoming events where you can meet some of our team.
