In a time when many other firms of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers are tightening their belts, we are pleased to announce our team has grown with the recruitment of Nicky Welton who recently joined our merry band.
Nicky is a Chartered Surveyor who joins us from West End firm Carter Jonas, having spent time in their Compulsory Purchase team and their Valuation team, where she worked in leasehold reform.
Nicky becomes the ninth member of our team and will see her time split roughly equally between our two brands, Sawyer Fielding and Websters Surveyors. She’ll be working in Compulsory Purchase for Sawyer Fielding, helping homeowners on Estate Regeneration schemes and she’ll be undertaking a number of Leasehold reform and Red Book valuation matters for Websters Surveyors.
Some of our clients may recognize the name Carter Jonas as well as we regularly negotiate CPO deals with them on a number of Council estates.
We are currently in a period of growth, bucking the industry trend at present and as such, intend to make other key appointments over the coming months. We have another Chartered Surveyor to join us in January (watch this space) and we are still looking for a Building Surveyor to join our growing team.
With 0% staff turnover in the last 15 months and our team growing further still as we develop both of our brands, it’s an exciting time to be part of our team.
