Our Office Manager, Jessica Moss, has successfully received the ‘NCRQ Safety for Managers’ qualification during the lockdown period.
To gain the qualification she had to complete a 2-day comprehensive online course that went into great detail about Health and Safety within the workplace, whether that be office based or on a construction site. Jessica was given five in-depth case studies to which she had to identify the hazards and by using the ‘The Hierarchy of Control’ she completed mini assessments throughout the course which concluded with a risk assessment.
Due to Covid-19, the importance of understanding Health and Safety is essential and we hope Jessica can apply her qualification to make the office a safer place.
